Amel Engineering (Pvt) Ltd was incorporated in July 2007 under the Companies Act no. 07 of 2007 by a team of entrepreneurs well experienced in the field of metallic coated steel and the manufacture of steel roofing and accessories. Our marketing office is located in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
The core-business of our Company comprises manufacturing/profiling and merchandise of Zinc Aluminium steel roofing sheets and gutters in Color and Non-Color. The Company also supplies steel Purlin, Wall cladding and related accessories. Among the value additions, are a range of roofing profiles and un-profiled cut sheets. The Company imports metallic coated steel in coil form from our principal suppliers in Korea, Vietnam and China.

Our markets comprise the industrial / commercial sectors as well as wholesale hardware market, fabricators and housebuilders in Sri Lanka. Our products are marketed under the brand name `Ameldek’.
We are fully equipped with profiling /roll forming and gutter bending machines catering to the customer’s profile requirement and value addition in addition to other handling requirements. We strive to continually adopt the latest technologies on offer with a view to improving our standards of products, processes and systems to maximize efficient use of resources. All our sales related staff are comprehensively trained and experienced to handle your individual inquiry with delicate calculations.
